Subscription & Payment Terms

Subscribers receive access to unlimited bingo card printing and, depending on the selected package, bingo card customizations, or host controls for interactive music bingo events. Subscription benefits are subject to change, and some features remain under development.

A registered account with Music.BuzzBuzzBingo.com is required to obtain a subscription via Stripe, our payment processor. Once a subscription is successfully processed, access to premium features is unlocked for as long as the subscription remains active.

Subscriptions are intended for ongoing access and are not to be used for short-term bulk printing. We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts engaging in excessive or suspicious printing activity.

Users must maintain their subscription for a minimum period of 30 days before canceling. This policy is in place to prevent abuse and to ensure fair use of our services.

Subscription Billing Authority: By subscribing, users authorize Music.BuzzBuzzBingo.com to charge the provided payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled in accordance with these terms.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription period. If you're not happy with your experience and haven't used the product to excess (e.g. bulk downloads), contact us within 7 days of the very first payment for a full refund — no questions asked. After the 7-day window on your first subscription, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Service Disclaimer: Our host control feature for live interactive music bingo may experience disruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, system overload, or abuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or service stability.

User Conduct & Fair Usage Policy

Users agree to use Music.BuzzBuzzBingo.com solely for its intended purpose: customizing, printing, and hosting music bingo games as a single designated host. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, automated card generation, or any activity that disrupts or exploits our services is strictly prohibited. Use of one account across multiple users or locations is not permitted. A subscription purchased for one person or one location does not grant usage rights for additional hosts, venues, or business sites, even if operated under the same company or brand.

Redistribution of bingo cards, whether in printed or digital form, outside of the subscriber’s own hosted events is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Distribution Restrictions: Bingo cards and materials generated through the platform are for the subscriber’s exclusive use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of cards—digitally or physically—with others outside the account holder’s hosted events is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright, intellectual property, and public performance regulations. Music.BuzzBuzzBingo.com does not provide public performance licenses. Users must ensure their use aligns with the terms of their selected streaming service.

"User Content" means any content, data, text, images, or other materials that you upload, submit, or otherwise provide through the Services.

Pricing and Billing Terms

Music.BuzzBuzzBingo.com reserves the right to modify subscription fees, pricing structures, or billing terms at any time due to increased operational costs, market conditions, changes in third-party service fees, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance via email or a notice on our website.

For existing subscribers, price adjustments will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period. Continued use of our services after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the new rates. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. No refunds or credits will be issued for price adjustments.
